Supal Patel

Supal Patel is an experienced technology leader with an extensive background in platform engineering and software development. Currently serving as Sr Director of Platform Engineering at Coupa Software since June 2022, Supal previously held various positions at Blueshield of California, including Director of Engineering and Manager of Solution Design/Solution Architecture, where significant contributions were made to establish a solution design team and oversee critical initiatives. Earlier roles include Senior Technical Lead for major programs and Senior Software Engineer positions at Intelliswift Inc. and IBM India Pvt Ltd, along with foundational experience as a Software Engineer at Datamatics Global Services and C-SAM Inc. Supal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Sardar Patel University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
