Yang Liu serves as the Sr Director of Technology Strategy & Governance at Fluence Energy Inc. since August 2023, where the focus is on energy storage products and software for renewables. In addition, Yang has been the VP of Business Applications at Coupa Software since December 2017, overseeing a SaaS platform that manages over $4 trillion in business spend. Yang's experience also includes a role as Consulting Director at PwC in Silicon Valley, started in July 2015, with prior experience at PwC from 2005 to 2012, including building the ERP Technology Assurance Practice in the London mid-tier market. Yang began the career as an IT Auditor/Senior Associate at New United Motor Manufacturing Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Finance from San José State University.
