Anna H. currently serves as the Head of Customer Support for Coupang in Taiwan since December 2022. Previously, Anna was the Senior Customer Happiness Manager at 無框行動 from March 2019 to December 2022, where the launch of Circles and the establishment of a top-performing customer support team were achieved. Prior experience includes serving as the Customer Service Team Lead at viagogo, where multilingual services were expanded in the APAC region, and roles at Medishine Technology Co. Ltd. focusing on e-commerce operations and customer service. Anna began a career in customer service at Open Access BPO and has experience as a Policy Specialist at Citizen Congress Watch. Anna holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from National Taiwan University.
