Jitendra Pal

Jitendra Pal is a seasoned professional in packaging design and production, currently serving as Level II Director of Packaging Design Excellence at Coupang since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Packaging and Commercials, Associate Director, Lead Specialist, and Packaging Consultant at Flipkart from March 2012 to February 2021. Jitendra's earlier career includes positions at Moser Baer India Ltd as Assistant Manager in Production and at Motherson Group and PEARLPET as a Production Planner. Jitendra holds a Graduate Diploma in Packaging Science from the Indian Institute of Packaging, a PG Management Programme in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Polymer Science and Technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.
