Joanne Thomas

Joanne Thomas is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Global Recruiting at Coupang since October 2017, Joanne has previously held significant roles at Qatar Airways, where responsibilities included leading a global team of 48 recruiters and managing mid-to-senior level recruitment. Additionally, Joanne worked at Talent Partners in the Gulf as General Manager and held earlier positions at InterSearch and Waite InterSearch, focusing on market development and research.
