MANLIN LI

Manlin Li is a Director of Software Engineering at Coupang, where they manage the Ads serving stack that has seen significant growth, becoming the company's largest profit generator. Previously, Manlin worked at Google as a Software Engineer and Tech Lead on the cloud infrastructure team, contributing to the microservice platform powering Google’s cloud APIs and coauthoring a bid optimization engine for Google DoubleClick. Manlin's experience also includes roles at Microsoft, where they shipped key features for OneDrive and Visual Studio, and at Databricks, where they worked on extending Kubernetes for serverless products. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China and earned a PhD in Mathematics from Penn State University.
