MJ (Min Jung) Park is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in corporate function recruiting, particularly in legal, finance, and HR sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Principal in Recruiting at Coupang since November 2019, MJ is responsible for the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, and leads weekly meetings with hiring managers. Prior to this role, MJ held positions in talent acquisition and employer branding at Schneider Electric and served as a Senior Recruiter at Coupang from March 2017 to July 2019. MJ began the career as a Part Leader and Principal Consultant at Careercare from June 2014 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Intellectual Property Law and Chinese Law, respectively, from Peking University.
