배현애

현애 배 is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Lead of HR at Coupang since 2024. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Alcon from 2021 to 2024 and held the position of Executive in People & Organization at PUMA Group from 2019 to 2021. They also have experience as a Human Resources Executive at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. between 2016 and 2019, where they focused on HRIS and Compensation & Benefits. Earlier in their career, 현애 gained valuable experience in HR Learning & Development during their internship at LG Electronics. They are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Yonsei University.
