Robert Lee is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in back-end engineering and software development management. Currently serving as Director of Back-End Engineering at Coupang since October 2024, Robert previously held multiple roles at Amazon from June 2022 to September 2024, including Software Development Manager for AWS Training & Certification and Buy with Prime. Prior to Amazon, Robert was with OMERS from July 2016 to April 2022, where roles included Director of Technology and Senior Solutions Architect. Earlier in the career, Robert gained valuable experience at Katalogic Inc. as a Senior Consultant and Technical Consultant and completed various internship roles during studies at the University of Waterloo. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Computer Engineering with a Management Science Option from the University of Waterloo.
