Simon Kim is a highly experienced software engineering leader, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Coupang since January 2018. In this role, Simon oversees the Marketplace Platform, enhancing the seller experience across various interfaces, including PC and mobile applications. Prior to Coupang, Simon held the position of CTO at Sonnori, where significant projects included the Kakao Friends Racing game and the acclaimed White Day: A Labyrinth Named School. Simon has held various engineering leadership roles in companies such as Nciety, Cykan Entertainment, and KRGSoft, contributing to game development and backend programming.
