Wei Lu is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing platforms for ads search, big data, and machine learning infrastructures. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Coupang since August 2020, Wei Lu has led the design and development of a campaign-level experiment platform and advanced ads budget algorithms, among other achievements. Prior to Coupang, Wei Lu spent over eleven years at Microsoft in various leadership roles, including Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineering Manager, focusing on compliant data and machine learning solutions for Office and Bing.
