Jon Baker

Jon Baker is currently the Director of Operations at Couple. Prior to this, they were with Verizon Wireless for over 20 years, where they most recently served as the HQ Consumer Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw specialized projects within the New Concepts team, focusing on improving customer on-boarding efficiency, lowering costs, and creating new programs to drive revenue growth. Jon also managed the entire out of the box experience for purchasing and receiving smartphones/equipment, including informational materials for device setup, trade ins, exchanges, and damaged device returns, at the national level.

Jon has a long history of working in operations and management roles, and their experience with both small and large organizations has given him a unique perspective on how to effectively run a business. Jon is a strong leader with a proven track record of successful project management, and they are passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed.

Jon Baker reports to Ryan Beswick, CEO. They are on a team with Colleen Joyce - President & Host, Josh Weiss - Senior Video Editor, and Lauren Duffy - Copy Editor. and Lauren Michell - Operations Analyst reports to Jon Baker.
