Dylan Thompson

Dylan Thompson is an experienced Revenue Manager at Couples Resorts, overseeing distribution and management of room rates and inventory for both domestic and international markets since January 2016. In previous roles as Group Incremental Revenue Manager and Business Analyst, Dylan developed strategic recommendations for the executive team, conducted competitor analysis, and implemented cost-saving measures that significantly reduced fulfillment costs. Dylan also enhanced customer loyalty programs and collaborated with sales and marketing to achieve notable increases in average daily rates and revenue. Dylan’s career at Couples Resorts began as an International Management Trainee, where operational experience was gained across multiple departments. Dylan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Penn State University.
