Benjamin Monnery is a Maître de conférences specializing in the economics of law and political economy at Université Paris Nanterre since 2017. They have served as a missions d'expertise at the Inspection générale de la justice from 2021 to 2022 and are currently an expert in public policy evaluation at the Cour des comptes. Additionally, Monnery is the founder of the Observatoire des Disparités dans la Justice Pénale, an initiative started in 2021.
