Jeff Walker

Jeff Walker possesses extensive experience in operations, sales, and marketing within the logistics and records management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Sales & Marketing at Courier Connection Inc. since 2018, Jeff previously held the role of Director of Operations at Courier Connection Last Mile, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Jeff dedicated 20 years to Iron Mountain, where responsibilities included Sales Manager, Manager of Continuous Improvement for Secure Shredding, Plant Manager for Secure Shredding, and General Manager for Records Management. Jeff's career began at Agency Insurance Services, where roles included Divisional Operations Manager and Senior Sales Representative. Educationally, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
