Dafer Alshehri

Dafer Alshehri, MSc Informatics, has extensive experience in health informatics and data management. Between June 2002 and July 2012, Dafer served as Assistant Supervisor for Medical Records, Patient Services, and the Information Center at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs. Subsequent roles include Data Analyst for Epic at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Clinical Informatics Coordinator for Cerner at Penn State Health St. Joseph, Senior Health Informatics Specialist for the Epic System Project at King Fahad Medical City, and currently Health Informatics Director for a confidential organization overseeing the implementation of the Oracle Health system across multiple hospitals and primary health centers. Dafer holds a Master's degree in Medical Informatics from The Johns Hopkins University, is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Intelligence at Marymount University, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Towson University, achieving a 3.7 GPA.
