Louai Blan is a digital transformation leader with over 25 years of global experience in banking and fintech. They have held key roles at notable organizations, including Senior Director positions at Matlen Silver and in their current role at a confidential company, where they oversee a team of over 100 professionals and have secured significant contracts. Louai previously managed cloud services as a Regional Sales Director at Oracle and led projects during their tenure as the CloudFirst Program Manager for the State of Michigan. They earned an Executive MBA from London Business School and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Chicago.
