Madhur Arora

Madhur Arora possesses extensive experience in management and information technology, with significant roles across various companies. Madhur served as an MIS Manager at Tech Mahindra from December 2007 to December 2013 and progressed to positions of increasing responsibility, including Service Delivery Manager at a Confidential organization since November 2017. Key responsibilities include managing PMO functions, resource management, and operational reporting, along with process transformation through automation utilizing VBA and Python. Previous roles also include Manager MI at CAPITA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and earlier positions at HCL Technologies and Accu Soft System. Madhur holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology & Management from the All India Management Association.
