Sara Darouassi is an experienced quality engineer who has held various roles in the field of quality management. They began their career as a conceptrice at Akka Technologies from 2012 to 2014, where they worked on mechanical and electrical illustrations and ensured compliance with internal control processes. From 2015 to 2015, they contributed to the implementation of ISO 14001 at Marsa Maroc. They advanced to the position of responsable qualité projet at Delphi from 2017 to 2019, focusing on product quality, client requirements, and quality improvement plans. Currently, as an ingénieur système qualité at a confidential company since 2019, they lead the implementation of ISO certifications and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Management Quality Safety and Environment from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique.
