CourseAdvisor is an AI voice enrolment system built for serious education providers - RTOs, universities, online course platforms, and parent-facing programmes - that turns inbound enquiries and lapsed leads into enrolments without growing your sales team.

Most education businesses lose 40–60% of their pipeline to slow response and weekend gaps. Our AI voice agent answers every new enquiry in under 60 seconds, calls back lapsed leads on a schedule, and handles two-way SMS 24/7 - fully recorded, fully compliant, with do-not-call and consent handled by default.

Four services, each wrapped in a Master Services Agreement that names retention, recording disclosure, and audit obligations:

• Rapid Lead Response - sub-60-second outbound call on every new lead, day or night.
• Lead Reactivation - campaign-style outreach on lapsed enquiries from your CRM.
• Parent Engagement - conversational follow-up for K-12 and youth-programme parents.
• Direct Message - two-way SMS threads when voice isn't the right channel.

Built to pass ASQA, TEQSA, FERPA, GDPR, and TCPA scrutiny before it goes live. Every recorded call opens with an AI-agent disclosure and a recording notice - universal all-party-consent posture, irrespective of jurisdiction.

Founded by Sean Steele and Mario Lucas. HQ in Cyprus, with live deployments across Australia, the United States, and Europe.
