Bethany Meyer

Bethany Meyer is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of CourseArc. Bethany first met Katie at UMBC while she was an information systems student. Bethany, since a young age, had a passion for solving problems with technology, and interned as a web developer throughout high school. Bethany received her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from UMBC as a scholar for the Center for Women in Technology. After college, she worked as a consultant with Katie part-time while working full-time as a developer for financial services firm, T. Rowe Price, and MGH, a media agency in Baltimore.

Katie and Bethany have since worked together to bring innovative solutions that combine instructional design best practices with cutting-edge technical development.
