Marcos Rodrigues

Marcos Rodrigues has a strong background in software engineering and development. Marcos is currently working as a Software Engineer at Coursebase, Inc., where they maintain and develops new features for a training-focused learning management system. In this role, they design efficient solutions, mentors new team members, and integrates authentication systems with clients' Identity Providers using SAML protocol.

Previously, Marcos worked as a CTO at Santo Contrato Gestão Contratual, where they built a platform for managing legal documents and other assets. Marcos also served as a Lead Fullstack Developer at oduk. kk, and as a Consultant and Developer at LanguagesSkills®. Marcos has experience in online consulting, mentoring, and freelancing through their work at Oddly Functional. Marcos also worked as a Lead Teacher at Le Wagon, where they provided lectures and one-on-one help to students.

Before this, Marcos held the role of CTO at Mozsaico, where they developed a platform for managing and discussing content within organizations. Marcos was a lead fullstack developer at Dunno, an edutech startup, responsible for making technology decisions and building the project from scratch. Marcos was also a Fullstack Developer at Outra Coisa, where they maintained and wrote new features for production applications.

Early in their career, Marcos worked as a Ruby on Rails and Front-end Developer at STI, where they developed a social network and a school administration system. Marcos was part of a Scrum team and performed requirements gathering and coding.

Throughout their career, Marcos has demonstrated expertise in various technologies, including ReasonML, Rails, Angular, jQuery, and AWS EC2. Marcos has a strong emphasis on design and enjoys mentoring and consulting with others.

Marcos Rodrigues attended Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2007 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
