Jesse Lyman

Jesse Lyman has a strong background in software integration and data engineering. They worked at Coursedog from 2019 until the present, starting as the Director of Data Engineering and later becoming the Senior Director of Integrations. In these roles, Jesse focused on growing Coursedog's portfolio of integrations, defining onboarding processes, hiring talent, and managing partnerships. They also worked closely with the CTO to ensure a seamless integration experience for clients.

Before joining Coursedog, Jesse worked at Blackboard Inc. for over 10 years as a Principal Consultant and Senior Software Architect. They gained the trust of clients through effective communication and leadership skills, successfully leading complex systems integration projects.

Prior to Blackboard, Jesse worked as a Senior Consultant at Blackboard from 2004 to 2007, where they were responsible for various aspects of integration projects and developed several services.

Jesse began their career at WebCT Educational Technologies in 1998, initially working as a Senior Developer and later becoming a Team Lead. They developed Perl/C CGI tools, managed code porting to multiple platforms, and re-architected code into J2EE compliant enterprise packages.

Jesse Lyman obtained a Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia in 1998.
