Marc Barron

Marc Barron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marc co-founded CourseKey in 2014 and has held various positions within the company, including Co-Founder, VP of Business Development & Partnerships, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Product Officer. In these roles, they have focused on executing CourseKey's growth strategy, developing partnerships, and driving measurable impact on sales. Marc also briefly served as Co-Founder VP of Integration and Operations. Additionally, Marc has served on the Board of Directors for Startup San Diego and as an Advisory Board Member for SDSU | ZIP Launchpad. Marc previously worked at NextEra Energy Resources and Americover Incorporated.

Marc Barron attended the University of La Verne from 2006 to 2009, studying International Business. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they enrolled in the University of Dubuque, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2013, they obtained an advanced exterior certification in Industrial Fire Brigade from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
