Richard Dando has extensive work experience, starting in 2002 as a Learning Designer at Dore. Richard then worked at DXC Technology as the Global Academy's Head of Online & Blended Learning from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined PebblePad - The Learning Journey Platform as the Head of Marketing, Brand & Communications from 2012 to 2022. Richard then worked at Sponge as a Learning Experience Consultant from September 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are employed as the Head of Marketing at CourseLoop since January 2023.

Richard Dando has a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, which they obtained in 2022. In 2014 and 2015, they earned a CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In 2011, they became an Institute Certified Training Practitioner from the Learning and Performance Institute. Richard also holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from Loughborough University, which they acquired from 1997 to 2001.
