David Wu is the Founder and Managing Partner at Hudson Cove Capital Management, LLC, where they have been employed since 2009. They co-founded Stepmojo, which merged to form Coursemojo in February 2023, and currently serve as a Board Observer for Coursemojo. Previously, Wu was the Head of Principal Investment for Non-Mortgage Structured Products at Merrill Lynch from 1996 to 2009. They hold a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Yale University and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
