Mel Oliveros

Mel Oliveros is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Support at Coursemojo since November 2021. Prior to this role, Mel worked as the PMO and Customer Solutions Operations Lead at Dynamic Yield from January 2021 to November 2021. Mel's substantial experience in the education sector includes over a decade at Achievement First, where various positions were held, culminating in the role of Senior Director of IT, Systems and Data Support. Earlier career experience includes internships at UNDP and the Central Bank of the Philippines. Mel holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
