Don Klock

Don Klock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Professor of Global Procurement and Sourcing Specialization at Coursera since May 2020, Don authored a comprehensive seven-course program and has over 38,000 enrolled students. Concurrently, Don has been an Adjunct Professor and Contract Trainer at Rutgers Business School since July 2008, where responsibilities include teaching Executive MBA programs and developing corporate training in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Previous roles at Rutgers include Professor of Supply Chain Management and Business Director for the Center for Supply Chain Management, leading initiatives that earned the Rutgers SCM program high national rankings. Don’s prior industry experience includes senior leadership positions at Colgate Palmolive Company and Mars, where significant contributions were made in procurement and logistics. Don holds a BS in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Rochester.
