Jonathan DeBusk

Jonathan DeBusk, PhD, is the Senior Director of People Operations, AI, and Insights at Coursera. With over 15 years of experience in analytics and AI, they previously served as Head of People Analytics and Director of AI at IBM, where they led significant cost-saving initiatives and developed innovative AI solutions. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Fiscal Policy Research Institute, contributing to high-impact research that informed policy changes and garnered media attention. They hold a PhD from the City University of New York Graduate Center.
