Liam Kelly is a senior communications manager with over 10 years of experience in transnational higher education, currently serving as the Head of Enrolment Services for Coursera in the EMEA region. Previously, Liam worked at the University of London in various roles, including Student Advisory Support and Liaison Officer and Acting Student Advice Centre Manager, where they managed teams and developed strategies for student communication and retention. With a strong background in leadership and a focus on student engagement, Liam has successfully led initiatives that enhance student experience and conversion rates. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Kent and have pursued additional qualifications in digital marketing and management.
