Koen Valks has a diverse background in sales, customer service, and marketing, with experience in multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Inside Sales professional at Courseware since March 2022, Koen previously worked at Eurail from July 2018 to February 2022, holding roles such as Customer Service Specialist and DiscoverEU Project Owner, managing significant Interrail pass orders. Prior experience includes positions as a Marketing & Publications Associate with the American Foreign Service Association and a Research Assistant at American University. Koen's early career involved international student engagements at Green River College as an International Student Ambassador and Student Marketing Assistant. Koen holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Leiden University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University, and an Associate of Arts from Green River College.
