Joseph Esch

Joseph Esch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facility management and support services within the healthcare industry. Joseph served as Director of Support Services at Ascension, overseeing multiple departments with a significant number of direct and indirect reports. Previous roles include Director of Facilities at Crothall Healthcare, where Joseph managed complex hospital operations, as well as experience as an Electrician at Mercy, where responsibilities included plant operations and project management. As the System Director at Medxcel Facilities Management, Joseph implemented essential facility management processes in the DC and Baltimore region.
