Ross Ironside

Ross Ironside has extensive work experience in the field of real estate finance. Ross is currently the Head of Commercial Real Estate at Coutts since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Natwe for several years in various roles, including Director of Lending for London and South East, Relationship Director for Private clients - Real Estate Finance Corporate Coverage, Associate Director in Structured Real Estate Finance, Assistant Director in Business Origination - Corporate Banking, and Assistant Director in Investment Management - Corporate Banking. Before joining Natwe, Ross completed an internship at Mountbatten Internship Programme in New York and also worked as an Intern-Assistant Property Manager at Buchbinder & Warren, LLC, where they gained experience in managing a portfolio of rental properties and cooperating with tenants and maintenance contractors.

Ross Ironside holds a Certificate in Property Research from the University of Cambridge, specializing in practical applications of property research in the real world. In 2020, they completed the NatWest Women in Business program, accredited by the Chartered Banker Institute. In 2022, Ross enrolled in the Certificate in Green and Sustainable Finance program at The Chartered Banker Institute, focusing on Certified Professional Banker - Green and Sustainable Finance. Additionally, they participated in the NWG Climate Change Transformation Program at the University of Edinburgh Business School in 2020.
