Steve Verrall is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services and design industries. As Chairman of SmartSi Limited since March 2017, Verrall also serves on the Coutts Client Council. Previously, Verrall held the position of Non-Executive Chair at Green Room Design, a brand and retail design agency, from April 2009 to April 2024. Verrall founded Sirius Financial Systems PLC in 1984, leading it to become a market leader in financial services software until its sale in 2007. Additional significant roles include Deputy Chairman at SSP and Chairman of the Insurance Leadership Group at The Prince's Trust, where Verrall played a pivotal role in fundraising initiatives for disadvantaged youth.
