Tom Fuller

Tom Fuller is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology Delivery at Coutts since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Strategic Development Manager at Deutsche Bank from May 2018 to February 2024. Earlier in his career, Tom worked at RBS from June 2007 to January 2018, where notable positions included Productivity Lead for Shared Operations, where responsibility encompassed productivity initiatives for approximately 6,000 staff globally, and Head of Enterprise Architecture for NatWest Markets, contributing to the design of a comprehensive target operating model. Additionally, Tom served as Head of Application Support Strategy, overseeing IT platforms for global Capital Markets. Tom's career began at JPMorgan, where Tom was Vice President responsible for application support in the global FX and Commodities business. Tom holds a 2.1 Hons degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bristol, completed in 1989.
