Tom Richards

Tom Richards has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Mathematics Teacher at Brislington Enterprise College, where they taught students between 11 and 16 years old. Tom then moved on to Harvey Nichols in 2011, working as a Cash Management Officer and being responsible for the Cash Office's day-to-day operations. In 2014, they joined Coutts as a Software Engineer, programming specialist software to interface with the Avaloq Banking Suite. Tom later transitioned to the role of Associate at Coutts, where they analyzed discrepancies in tax reporting systems and collaborated with stakeholders, accountants, and clients. Currently, Tom holds the position of Director - Product Owner, Investment Backed Lending at Coutts, a role that started in 2023.

Tom Richards earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics from the University of the West of England, from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they hold certifications from The Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and Avaloq.
