Dan Roden

Dan Roden has extensive work experience in the field of web and software development. Dan is currently working as a Web Technical Lead at Cova Software since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Web Developer at Neurotrack from August 2020 to February 2021. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at Otono, where they created and maintained websites for various brands using React, Redux, Webpack, and other technologies.

Before that, Dan had significant experience at Rabobank from 2008 to 2014, where they served as a Senior Java and web application developer. Dan designed and built web and mobile applications using Angular.js and implemented Photoshop designs. Dan also worked as a Senior Java and Web Developer at Telus Communications in 2007.

Earlier in their career, Dan worked at ABN AMRO (IBM NL) as a Senior Java and Web Developer / Teamlead from 2004 to 2007. Dan also worked at IBM Global Services - Wireless Solutions from 2000 to 2004, where they served as a Senior Java, Web, and Mobile Developer. During this time, they developed cutting-edge proof of concepts and pilots for wireless services, including a wireless streaming video solution for the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

Dan started their career at IBM UK Ltd as a Financial Report Analyst during an industrial placement from 1998 to 1999. Overall, Dan has a diverse range of experience in web development, software development, and team leadership roles.

Dan Roden attended the University of Plymouth from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a 2.1 degree in Business Economics with Industrial Placement at IBM. Dan also holds a certification in Agile Foundation from DSDM, although the date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
