Jonathan Cyffka

Jonathan Cyffka has a diverse background in project management, client process optimization, and banking. Currently, at COVAGE since January 2022, Jonathan oversees the standardization of processes and customer journeys following the merger of Kosc and Covage. Prior experience includes project management at Kosc Telecom, business engineering at Lease Protect France, and various roles at Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine, where responsibilities included managing functional aspects of documentation systems and implementing an intranet social network. Previous positions also feature internal auditing at HSBC and an economic and commercial advisory internship at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management from IÉSEG School of Management.
