Mark Smiley

Mark Smiley is an experienced professional specializing in Workforce Management (WFM) and complex system integration projects. Currently serving as Practice Manager for WFM Consulting at Covalence Consulting Inc. since November 2022, Mark previously held various leadership roles at Align HCM, including Vice President of Value-Add Services and Director of WFM Value-Add Services. Mark also founded and managed Mark A. Smiley & Associates from June 2008 to February 2019 and has worked with notable entities such as Infor, Procter & Gamble, and Hewlett-Packard. Mark holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western University and a diploma in Applied Information Technology with distinction from the Information Technology Institute.
