Mark also founded and managed Mark A. Smiley & Associates from June 2008 to February 2019 and has worked with notable entities such as Infor, Procter & Gamble, and Hewlett-Packard. Mark holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western University and a diploma in Applied Information Technology with distinction from the Information Technology Institute.
