Tom Pintelon

Tom Pintelon is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Service Management Consultant at Covalens since June 2023 and as the Owner of TOPIN IT Services since February 2022. Previously, Tom held consulting roles at Cronos DMS and Inetum-Realdolmen, focusing on service delivery management and governance of IT outsourcing agreements. With a background in IT service management at Sogeti, Telenet, Syntigo, and Hewlett-Packard Belgium, Tom has developed expertise in managing service engagements, incident and problem management processes, and team leadership. Tom's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Ghent University and several IT consultancy certifications.
