John Roach

John Roach, RST, is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer currently working at Covalent Resource Group since May 2025. Prior to this, John Roach operated as a self-employed Agile Consultant, Trainer, and Coach for a brief period. John's extensive background includes roles as an Agile Transformation Consultant at Scrum Inc. and as part of the Agile Transformation Team at TD Ameritrade, where John Roach significantly contributed to the rollout of the OKR program and designed various support materials. Previous positions also include content management at Leaderclips, program management roles at Ciber and FordDirect, and business development at The COGNET Group. John Roach holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Central Michigan University.
