Derek Sneade

Derek Sneade is an experienced operations supervisor currently employed at Covanta since February 2022, previously serving as a Step-up Supervisor and overseeing a team to ensure safe facility operations. Earlier roles include foreman, safety lead, and tube welder at The Overlay Guys LLC, where Derek contributed as one of the early employees in the waste-to-energy sector. At Table Talk Pies, Inc., Derek provided technical leadership during a significant growth phase while managing facilities maintenance. Derek's career also includes a shift supervisor position at BMC Blockwork, Inc., where a diverse skill set was developed through various roles. Educationally, Derek has pursued coursework towards an Associate’s Degree in General Studies at Quinsigamond Community College.
