Mark Freericks

Mark Freericks is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager at TriStruX since August 2022, Mark oversees the MSP relationship and national locations while reporting to the CIO. Prior to this role, Mark was the Network Manager for the DOVER PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT, supporting over 3,500 students and staff. Mark's extensive experience at Covanta Energy spanned from June 1994 to March 2020, where roles included IT Technical Director for Field and Plant Services and Network and Operations, focusing on technology deployments and network operations across multiple sites. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as a Network Operations Specialist at Macy's. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Centenary University.
