Tom Kenyon

Mr. Kenyon joined Covanta in March 2020 following nearly 17 years with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. based in Allentown, PA, where he held a variety of positions in the company’s law department, managing litigation and commercial and transactional matters, culminating in his role as General Counsel, Americas.

Prior to joining Air Products in 2003, Mr. Kenyon practiced law at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia, PA, primarily as a litigator in the firm’s antitrust group.

Mr. Kenyon graduated from the University of Virginia in 1992, with a B.A. in Philosophy, and earned his law degree from the University of Michigan in 1996.
