Covara Capital LLC is a New York–based institutional asset management firm founded in 2025 by Sachin Gupta and former colleagues from Fir Tree Capital. We specialize in U.S. and Western European corporate credit, employing a long–short strategy that combines fundamental and documentation analysis with advanced data analytics. 

The name Covara reflects our foundation: Collaboration across disciplines, pursuit of Value while managing Risk, and a focus on generating sustainable Alpha. Guided by these principles, we seek to deliver consistent, differentiated returns for our investors.
