Will Acker has extensive experience in operations management, with a focus on logistics and supply chain solutions. Will is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Covenant since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at EVO Transportation from 2021 to 2022, where they led a team and implemented SOPs to improve service and profitability. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the Senior Director of Operations for Landair, a division of Covenant, where they were responsible for coordinating administrative functions and enforcing corporate policies. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at CalArk Inc. from 2014 to 2018, overseeing supply chain and 3PL solutions. Will also has experience working at Walmart as an Operations Manager from 2013 to 2014. Will started their career at FedEx Express in 1998, where they held several roles, including Senior Manager, Manager, and Courier, until 2013. Will's extensive work experience showcases their expertise in operations management and their ability to lead teams and improve efficiency.
Will Acker attended Jordan Vocational High School from 1992 to 1993. From 2000 to 2002, they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations at Chatahoochee.
