Dotti Sharp has a strong background in community relations, program management, and public speaking. They served as the President of the Congress of Communities from 2010 to 2013 and led the New Beginnings Community Development Corporation from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Dotti is a member of the Board of Directors at Southwest Solutions, a position held since 2010. They also acted as the Interim Board Chair for HOPE in Detroit from 2018 to 2022. Dotti holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Wayne State University, completed in 2000.
