Patrick Smith

Vice President of Customer Service at Covenant Eyes

Patrick Smith has had a varied and successful career. From 2006 to 2012, they were Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of UTOPIAN Coffee Co., where they were responsible for establishing and maintaining processes and operations in the early years of a non-capitalized startup. In 2007, they took on the role of Director of Business Development at Capp Co. In 2012, they joined Covenant Eyes as Vice President of Customer Service. In this role, they worked daily to take the company's world-class customer service to even higher levels. Patrick was also responsible for the operations, management, annual budgeting, professional development, and continuous improvement of the 85-person+ Customer Service Department. Additionally, they held the roles of Product Development Manager and Product Owner, where they were responsible for delivering valuable software regularly through first-rate project management for three software development project teams. Patrick also held the role of Customer Service Representative.

Patrick Smith attended Cedarville University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Theology. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in BlueEQTM from BlueEQ.
