Prior roles include Accounting Manager and Accounting Assistant at Double Rainbow Gourmet Ice Cream, with tenure spanning from May 1991 to January 2022, and an Accounting Assistant position at SDI Insulation from July 2008 to March 2014. William Lucas completed studies at Heald College between 1987 and 1989 and attended the University of Santo Tomas from 1978 to 1981.
