Ryan Hardwick has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Computer Communications Specialist for the United States Air Force in 2000. In 2004, they took on the role of Customer Support Level 2 for JTSI, where they were a key figure in PC roll out for the Iraqi Defense Network, Iraqi Ministry of Defense and US Army Forward Operating Base Phoenix. In 2006, they began working for Clear Channel Radio as a Board Operator/Traffic Coordinator/Producer. Ryan then moved to Clear Channel Broadcasting in 2007 in the same role. In 2008, they worked for Busch Consulting, Inc. as a Technician/System Administrator, advising new businesses on formation of corporations and business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial transactions. Ryan also worked for the State of Hawaii as a Network Analyst, where they implemented a virtual Server Farm, Consolidating 15 servers into 3 and created a back-up schedule for all data and servers. Additionally, they were the Owner Vision Sports Academy & Training for the State of Oregon and Hawaii, where they were the Head Trainer for the State of Oregon and Hawaii and conducted Speed Agility and Quickness Trainings for individuals, teams and clubs. In 2009, they worked for Convergence Networks as a Network & Security Operations Center Administrator. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been the Technical Support Manager for Covenant Technology Solutions, Inc.

Ryan Hardwick began their educational journey in 1996 when they attended Radford High School. Ryan then went on to attend the University of Hawai'i System from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associates degree in Liberal Studies. Ryan also attended Remington College - Honolulu in 2008, studying Computer Network Administration. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Fitness Trainer certification from ISSA, and is currently working towards an Advanced Regional Certification from NSCAA.
